On-line Sage Training

Ideal for clients outside of our nomal on-site travelling areas - and for our local clients too. With sessions from half an hour up to two hours we can also help with problems or quick questions or provide full hands-on productive training and consultancy sessions using your live data via a secure end-to-end SSL-encrypted internet connection.

Initially we are just offering this service for Sage Accounts Training and Consultancy but plan to extend this to include other programs in the not too distant future.

So How does it work?

Using the Citrix GoToMeeting ® service you can securely share your desktop and Sage accounts program so that we can both work on your live data during the session. For the audio component you have a choice of using VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol), Skype to Skype, phone conferencing or telephone us direct - see system requirements below.

After booking, we send you a confirmation email with a meeting invitation link which you click to connect to the meeting session. We suggest you login a couple of minutes before your session is due to begin so that we can test the audio link and swap from VoIP to telephone to Skype, or vice versa, if necessary.

What does it cost?

With a minimum online session time of half an hour and additional time in half hour chunks this give the flexibility to provide online training and consultancy or troubleshooting to fit your needs as and when required. The maximum online session is really up to you but we'd suggest one or perhaps two hours at most. It's usually more productive to have smaller sessions rather than cram everything into one session. You can always book further sessions and slot them in to fit your working day, or early evening or even weekends - there's no extra charge for early evening or weekend sessions.
